We offer Shipping nationwide within the Philippines only ( No international shipping at the moment)

FREE SHIPPING FOR A MINIMUM ORDER

  • For METRO MANILA:  P 1,800 and ABOVE (unless under a free shipping limited promo). 
  •  For PROVINCIAL: P 2,500 and ABOVE
  • Different shipping fee applies to resellers ( refer to Reseller Terms and Conditions) 

SHIPPING CUT OFF: 

ORDERS beyond 3PM will be scheduled for dispatch the next business day. No dispatch of orders done on weekends and holidays.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Strictly NO REFUND but we would gladly replace a damaged item for FREE within 3 days from receipt of your orders by following these steps: 

  1. Email us your concern at sales.mynatural@gmail.com
  2.  Send us proof of purchase
  3. Photo of the product you wish to replace as proof of damage. ( e.g video of leakage, damaged bottle etc). 
  4. Our sales representative will contact you regarding your concern.
